ThinkingMode will also work on outside projects, should you waive any propriety rights in them.

Some questions

Why don’t they freely invite outside ideas? Couldn’t they leverage more business by accepting to work with others? Besides that, the website screams for a redesign—it doesn’t evoke innovative at the least.
